GAGUT is the GOD Order through which GOD ordained a black man Professor Gabriel Audu Oyibo with the ultimate intelligence of ETA sub infinity infallibly where Eta sub n, first revealed by GOD to Professor Gabriel Audu Oyibo is the infallible formula for intelligence given by 
Eta sub n = (g sub nj)*(x sub j)^(n+1) and where "n" measures the level of intelligence, God has designed that "n" to be infinity for Professor Gabriel Audu Oyibo infallibly, therefore Professor Gabriel Audu Oyibo is blessed with the ultimate intelligence of Eta sub infinity infallibly and because the other black people share the same genes as Professor Gabriel Audu Oyibo, God has ordained the black people as the most intelligent, richest and the most powerful race and therefore the chosen race infallibly.

A critical practical application of the GOD ORDER is that it proves that GOD ordered all of us to attend the GAGUT briefing, that proof is:  Life is a piece of God in us, 
Therefore life = the most precious thing we have, therefore it must be preserved.
How do you preserve life?, the only way to preserve life is through using the infallible truth, 
GAGUT = all infallible truths. 
Therefore GAGUT is the only solution for preserving life, therefore all creatures are compelled to study GAGUT in order to preserve the piece of GOD within us called life.  Therefore we are all compelled by GOD to attend the GAGUT briefing to study and use GAGUT for preserving our lives infallibly.

After reading the below linked article, and having attended along with many others the GAGUT briefings for several years, and witnessing the G2j=0 solution to the Riemann Hypothesis, following guided lectures by Professor Gabriel A. Oyibo, seeing detailed documentation where distinguished reviewers were invited to review the paper entitled "GOD Almighty's Grand Unified Theorem (GAGUT) Gij,j=0, which revealed proven solutions to Riemann Hypothesis, a Clay Mathematics Millennium Problem" by Professor G. Oyibo, dated 12/20/2010. Having read with explanation the Gauss year 2005, specialized paper for Mathematics/computer, where German professors of Gottingten  University, the Harvard of Germany and housed Fredrich Carl Gauss, cited GAGUT as a top development in mathematics, and along with reading and studying the Gij,j=0 GAGUT UNIFIED and RADICAL MATHEMATICS RESEARCH JOURNAL, which is on AMAZON.com listed for $2,100, and having read so many letters that acknowledged numerous ingenious works by Prof. Gabriel A. Oyibo, coming from Professors like  Prof. Iya Abubakar, Prof. Eugene Brunelle, Prof. Pierre Deligne,  Prof. John Morgan a former MIT Math Professor, also Physics Prof. Krishnendu Dasgupta from India, stating in an email, that "Professor Gabriel A. Oyibo is closer to GOD than any of us" because of the GOD ALMIGHTY'S GRAND UNIFIED THEOREM (GAGUT) Gij,j=0, 30 plus years after the revelation of the Grand Unified Theorem GAGUT Gij,j=0, presented globally with no challenges.
